Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 視覚に影響を及ぼす環境パラメータの検出用の自動車の光センサであって 、電磁波(光波)用の少なくとも1つの送信器と少なくとも1つの受信器とを有 しており、その際、フロントガラスは、前記少なくとも1つの送信器と前記少な くとも1つの受信器との間の測定区間内に設けられており、前記少なくとも1つ の送信器と前記少なくとも1つの受信器との間での波動の伝搬は、前記フロント ガラス面上に曇りが生じた際、例えば、結露によって濡れた場合に、前記受信器 から放射された出力信号が変化して、該出力信号の変化がワイパーの制御に使用 されるように作用を及ぼされる光センサにおいて、光センサ(4)の少なくとも 1つの受信器(16,20,22)は、自動車の周囲の明るさの電磁波(光波) を受信し、前記自動車の照明装置を制御するのに使用されることを特徴とする光 センサ。 2. 光センサ(4)は、フロントガラスの濡れ具合及び周囲の明るさに依存す る出力信号を後ろに接続された評価回路に供給し、該評価回路は、ワイパー及び 照明装置の制御に使用される請求項1記載の光センサ。 3. 少なくとも1つの送信器は、LED(14)である請求項1又は2記載の 光センサ。 4. 少なくとも1つのLED(14)によって放射された光信号を検出する第 1の受信器は、フォトダイオード(16)である請求項3記載の光センサ。 5. 第2の受信器として、少なくとも1つの周囲光センサ(22)が設けられ ている請求項1〜4迄の何れか1記載の光センサ。 6. 光センサ(4)に設けられた光導電体(10)には、該光導電体内に形成 された、光ビーム形成用のレンズ構造体(31,33)が設けられている請求項 5記載の光センサ。 7. 周囲光センサ(22)は、走行方向斜め上方の開き方向約40°の開き角 度を検出する請求項6記載の光センサ。 8. 別の受信器として、少なくとも1つの距離センサ(20)が設けられてい る請求項1〜7迄の何れか1記載の光センサ。 9. 少なくとも1つの距離センサ(20)は、走行方向水平の開き方向約7° の開き角度を検出する請求項8記載の光センサ。 10. 少なくとも1つの距離センサ(20)及び少なくとも1つの周囲光セン サ(22)は、紫外線、例えば、太陽光に感応である請求項1〜9迄の何れか1 記載の光センサ。 11. 雨センサ感度を、周囲光センサを用いて自動的に日中/夜間に切換える 請求項1〜10迄の何れ か1記載の光センサ。 12. 受信器(16)及び少なくとも1つの距離センサ(20)及び/又は周 囲光センサ(22)は、光学素子によって構成されている請求項1〜11迄の何 れか1記載の光センサ。 13. 光導電体(10)は、LED(14)の電磁波(30,32)及び開き 角度(42及び/又は40)内に入射した電磁波を、共通の光学素子(16,2 0,22)でフォーカシングする構造体(31,33)を有している請求項12 記載の光センサ。 14. LED(14)は、クロック信号(15)で制御可能である請求項12 及び13記載の光センサ。 15. 光センサ(4)の電子回路構成部は、SMD技術で共通の基板上に取り 付けられている請求項1〜14迄の何れか1記載の光センサ。 16. 光センサ(4)は、楕円形のプラグ付ケーシング(7)内に取り付けら れている請求項1〜15迄の何れか1記載の光センサ。 17. 光導電体(10)は、フロントガラス(2)と面状に結合された、プラ グ付ケーシング(6,7)の基板を構成している請求項1〜16迄の何れか1記 載の光センサ。 18. 基板(8)は、台形又は菱形の輪郭を有している請求項1〜17迄の何 れか1記載の光センサ。 19. 光導電体(10)は、台形又は菱形の輪郭を有している請求項1〜18 迄の何れか1記載の光センサ。 20. センサデータは、データ線路を用いて中央の評価及び/又は制御ユニッ トに伝送され、その際、前記データ線路は、電気的又は光学的信号伝送により構 成する請求項1〜19迄の何れか1記載の光センサ。 21. 両機能にとって十分な透明度の光導電体(10)だけが設けられている 請求項1〜20迄の何れか1記載の光センサ。 22. IR(赤外)光を用いる場合、雨センサ機能用の光導電体(10)は、 黒色プラスチック製である請求項1〜21迄の何れか1記載の光センサ。 23. 受信器(20,22)では、光導電体(19)内の光領域は、可視光を 透過する透明(クリア)プラスチック製である請求項1〜22迄の何れか1記載 の光センサ。 24. 光導電体(10)は、2色射出成型法で製造したプラスチック部分製で ある請求項1〜23迄の何れか1記載の光センサ。 25. 光導電体(10)は、単色の2つのプラスチックを結合することによっ て製造することができる請求項1〜24迄の何れか1記載の光センサ。 26. 光センサ(4)は、フロントガラス(2)と 内側で接着されている請求項1〜25迄の何れか1記載の光センサ。 27. 光センサ(4)は、取り付けフレームを介してフロントガラス(2)と 、例えば、クリップ止め又は接着されている請求項1〜26迄の何れか1記載の 光センサ。 28. 両側が透明な自ら接着する膜(36)が、フロントガラス(2)と光セ ンサ(4)の光導電体(10)との間に設けられている請求項1〜27迄の何れ か1記載の光センサ。 29. 霧の場合、前照灯も副前照灯もスイッチオンされる請求項1〜28迄の 何れか1記載の光センサ。 30. 濃霧の場合、前照灯も副前照灯も、及び/又はフォグテールランプもス イッチオンされる請求項1〜29迄の何れか1記載の光センサ。
