- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.自動車に用いられる駆動ユニットであって、内燃機関と、自動車の駆動ホ イールに作用する変速機とが設けられていて、変速機入力軸が内燃機関の出力軸 と連結可能であり、電気機械が設けられていて、該電気機械が、中間変速機を介 して前記変速機と連結可能であり、さらに電気機械が、内燃機関を始動させるた めのスタータモータとして、かつ自動車の搭載電源への給電のための発電器とし て切換可能である形式のものにおいて、内燃機関(12)の出力軸(14)と、 主変速機(18)の変速機入力軸(20)と、電気機械(32)とが、中間変速 機(34)を介して、少なくとも1つの制御可能なクラッチ(28,30,31 ,37,42,44)によって互いに連結可能であることを特徴とする、自動車 に用いられる駆動ユニット。 2.内燃機関(12)の出力軸(14)と、主変速機(18)の変速機入力軸 (20)とが、各1つのクラッチ(28,30)を介してそれぞれ慣性質量体( 24)と連結可能であり、該慣性質量体(24)が、中間変速機(34)と作用 係合している、請求項1記載の駆動ユニット。 3.内燃機関(12)の出力軸(14)と、主変速機(18)の変速機入力軸 (20)とが、1つのクラ ッチ(31)とフライホイール(27)とを介して互いに連結可能であり、電気 機械(32)が、切換可能な中間変速機(34)を介して変速機入力軸(20) と永続的に作用係合している、請求項1記載の駆動ユニット。 4.切換可能な中間変速機(34)が、少なくとも2つの変速段と1つのニュ ートラル位置とを有している、請求項3記載の駆動ユニット。 5.電気機械(32)が中間軸(40)と作用係合しており、該中間軸(40 )が、2つの制御可能なクラッチ(42,44)を介して、それぞれ互いに異な る変速比で変速機入力軸(20)と作用係合させられるようになっている、請求 項1記載の駆動ユニット。 6.電子制御装置(50)が設けられていて、該電子制御装置(50)が、機 関回転数、ホイール回転数および所望される変速機状態に関する情報から、前記 中間軸(40)に設けられた両クラッチ(42,44)と、電気機械(32)と を制御するようになっている、請求項5記載の駆動ユニット。 7.電子制御装置(50)が設けられていて、該電子制御装置(50)が、機 関回転数、ホイール回転数および所望される変速機状態に関する情報から、前記 両クラッチ(28,30)と電気機械(32)とを制御するようになっている、 請求項2記載の駆動ユニット。 8.電子制御装置(50)が設けられていて、該電子制御装置(50)が、機 関回転数、ホイール回転数および所望される変速機状態に関する情報から、前記 クラッチ(31)と電気機械(32)とを制御するようになっている、請求項3 記載の駆動ユニット。 9.電気機械(32)が、少なくとも1つの制御可能なクラッチを介して変速 機入力軸(20)と連結可能であって、しかも電気機械(32)が、主変速機( 18)を同期化する目的でギヤシフトダウン時に電動モータとして、連結させた い歯車対のそれぞれ低速回転する方の歯車を加速するか、またはギヤシフトアッ プ時に発電器として、それぞれ高速回転する方の歯車を制動するようになってい る、請求項1記載の駆動ユニット。 10.電気機械(32)が中間変速機(34)を介して変速機入力軸(20) と連結可能であって、しかも主変速機(18)を同期化する目的で、中間変速機 (34)の変速段が、ひいては電気機械(32)の慣性モーメントが、変速機入 力軸(20)の所望の回転数調整に相応して選択可能である、請求項1から9ま でのいずれか1項記載の駆動ユニット。 11.電気機械(32)の液体冷却が、内燃機関(12)の水冷循環路への接 続によって確保されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の駆動ユ ニット。 12.電気機械(32)が、取り付けられた冷却ブロワまたは外部に設備され た冷却ブロワによって空気冷却されるようになっている、請求項1から11まで のいずれか1項記載の駆動ユニット。 13.電気機械(32)が、主変速機(18)の変速機オイルによってオイル 潤滑されるようになっている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の駆動 ユニット。
