Description
a)電気走行運転中に、中間配置されたクラッチが切れているとともに内燃機関が停止しているステップと、
b)中間配置されたクラッチを入れることにより、内燃機関を始動回転数にするように電気走行運転中に駆動された遠心振子の運動エネルギーをクランクシャフトに伝えることによって内燃機関を始動するステップ
サブトランスミッションクラッチ28は、もっと繋がった状態になるか、完全に繋がった状態になるので、半クラッチ(スリップ)は解消されていくことになる。
Claims (17)
- 駆動のために内燃機関(12)と電気モータ(14)を有する乗り物用のハイブリッド駆動トランスミッションユニットであって、
内燃機関(12)と出力軸(16)の間に中間配置された出力分岐型のトランスミッション(20)であって、サブトランスミッション(22,24)及び付設されたサブトランスミッションクラッチ(26,28)を持つトランスミッションを有し、
電気モータ(14)が、電気モータに近い側のサブトランスミッションとしての一つの決まったサブトランスミッションに、当該サブトランスミッションに付設されたサブトランスミッションクラッチの下流において連結されていることで、このサブトランスミッションを介して出力軸(16)を駆動することができるハイブリッド駆動トランスミッションユニットにおいて、
内燃機関(12)と出力分岐型トランスミッション(20)との間に中間配置された、遠心振子を有するトーションダンパユニット(40)と、
内燃機関(12)とトーションダンパユニット(40)との間に中間配置されたクラッチ(38)と
を特徴とするハイブリッド駆動トランスミッションユニット。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド駆動トランスミッションユニットにおいて、
トーションダンパユニット(40)は、ダブルマスフライホイール、トーションダンパまたは回転数ダンパであることを特徴とするハイブリッド駆動トランスミッションユニット。 - 請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド駆動トランスミッションユニットにおいて、
電気モータ(14)は、二番目に低いギア段を含むサブトランスミッション(22)に連結されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド駆動トランスミッションユニット。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド駆動トランスミッションユニットにおいて、
電気モータ(14)は、相対回転不動にサブトランスミッションに連結され、サブトランスミッションの駆動側において、ギア段および対応するサブトランスミッションクラッチの間に連結されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド駆動トランスミッションユニット。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド駆動トランスミッションユニットにおいて、
中間配置されたクラッチは、150msec以内、又は50msec以内に接続することができる高速接続クラッチであることを特徴とするハイブリッド駆動トランスミッションユニット。 - 乗り物を動かす方法であって、乗り物は、ハイブリッド駆動部と、内燃機関(12)及びそのクランクシャフト(26)に接続された請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド駆動トランスミッションユニット(10)と、サブトランスミッションに連結された電気モータ(14)とを有し、電気モータ(14)が連結されているサブトランスミッションのサブトランスミッションクラッチは、電気モータに近い側のサブトランスミッションクラッチを形成し、電気モータ(14)が連結されていないサブトランスミッションのサブトランスミッションクラッチは、電気モータから遠い側のサブトランスミッションクラッチを形成している方法において、
a)電気走行運転中に、中間配置されたクラッチ(38)が切れているとともに内燃機関(12)が停止しているステップと、
b)中間配置されたクラッチ(38)を入れることにより、内燃機関(12)を始動回転数にするように電気走行運転中に駆動された遠心振子の運動エネルギーをクランクシャフト(36)に伝えることによって内燃機関(12)を始動するステップと、
を特徴とする方法。 - 請求項6に記載の方法において、中間配置されたクラッチ(38)を、ステップb)による始動のために入れる前に、事前設定された遠心振子の最小回転数到達時にサブトランスミッションクラッチ(26,28)を切るか或いは半クラッチ動作に保ち、内燃機関(12)が事前設定されたトルクをもたらすまで、電気モータ(14)が引き続き乗り物を駆動することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項6または7に記載の方法において、事前設定された速度を下回る乗り物速度におけるステップb)による始動のために、中間配置されたクラッチを入れる前か中間配置されたクラッチを入れた後の少なくともいずれかにおいて、二つのサブトランスミッションクラッチ(26,28)のうち出力側のものが半クラッチ動作に切り替えられるか或いは半クラッチになっていることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項8に記載の方法において、電気モータ(14)によって必要なトルクが出力軸(16)にもたらされるか、遠心振子が事前設定された最小回転数まで加速されるかの少なくともいずれかとなるように、出力側のサブトランスミッションクラッチを半クラッチ動作に設定するとともに電気モータ(14)をそのための回転数にすることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項8または9に記載の方法において、中間配置されたクラッチ(38)が半クラッチ動作の開始直前に切られているか、半クラッチ動作がステップb)における内燃機関(12)の始動中に維持されるかの少なくともいずれかであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項6から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、事前設定された速度を下回る乗り物速度でのステップb)による始動のためおよび/または乗り物の動き始めにおけるステップb)による始動時に、電気モータに近い側のサブトランスミッションクラッチを入れるとともに電気モータから遠い側のサブトランスミッションクラッチを半クラッチ動作にし、電気モータ(14)のトルクが二つのサブトランスミッションクラッチ(26,28)と電気モータから遠い側のサブトランスミッションを介して出力軸(16)に伝達されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項11に記載の方法において、中間配置されたクラッチ(38)を入れた後、内燃機関(12)が始動するまで電気モータに近い側のサブトランスミッションクラッチを入れたままにするとともに電気モータから遠い側のサブトランスミッションクラッチを半クラッチ動作に保つことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項11または12に記載の方法において、ステップb)により内燃機関(12)を始動した後、電気モータから遠い側のサブトランスミッションクラッチを入れ、電気モータ(14)により出力分岐型のトランスミッション(20)に導入されたトルクが、内燃機関(12)により出力分岐型のトランスミッション(20)に導入されたトルクに追いつかれるか或いは追い越されたら、電気モータに近い側のサブトランスミッションクラッチを切ることで、トルクが専ら内燃機関(12)を通して出力軸(16)に到達するようにすることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項6から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、ステップb)による内燃機関(12)の始動のために、事前設定された最低速度を超える電気走行運転中に、一番低いギア段よりも高いギア段が入れられており、より高いこのギア段が電気モータから遠い側のサブトランスミッション内にあり、電気モータから遠い側のサブトランスミッションクラッチを半クラッチ動作にして、次に電気モータに近い側のサブトランスミッション内のより低いギア段を入れ、電気モータから遠い側のサブトランスミッションクラッチを切ることで、遠心振子がより低いギア段により加速されるようにすることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項14に記載の方法において、内燃機関(12)を始動した後、電気モータから遠い側のサブトランスミッションクラッチを少なくとも部分的に入れることで、内燃機関のトルクを出力軸(16)へと伝え、電気モータに近い側のサブトランスミッションクラッチを切り、出力軸(16)にもたらされる電気モータ(14)のトルクの水準に内燃機関(12)のトルクが高まるまでは電気モータ(14)をオンにしたままにすることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項14または15に記載の方法において、ステップb)により内燃機関(12)を始動するために、事前設定された最低速度を超える電気走行運転中に、第3ギア段が初めに入れられており、次に第2ギア段に戻され、出力軸(16)が第2ギア段を介して電気モータ(14)により駆動され、後続のステップにおいて、中間配置されたクラッチをまだ入れる前に、電気モータに近い側のサブトランスミッションクラッチを切り、電気モータから遠い側のサブトランスミッションクラッチを入れることで、電気モータのトルク(14)が、電気モータに近い側のサブトランスミッションと出力軸(16)を介して電気モータから遠い側のサブトランスミッションに伝えられ、電気モータから遠い側のサブトランスミッションクラッチを入れることで、遠心振子が加速されるようにすることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項6から16に記載の方法において、ステップb)により内燃機関(12)を始動した後、クランクシャフトを出力軸(16)に連結するためにサブトランスミッションクラッチ(26,28)の一方を入れることを特徴とする方法。
