Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ハロゲン化Mg上に支持され、少なくともTi−ハロゲン結合を有するチタン 化合物と、 式(I): [式中、R1はC5〜C20直鎖状もしくは分岐状アルキル、C5〜C20シクロアル キル、C7〜C20アリールアルキルまたはアルキルアリール基であり;R2および R3は互いに同一または異なってC1〜C3アルキル、シクロアルキルである]の マロン酸エステル類から選択される電子供与性化合物とからなる、 オレフィンCH2=CHR[式中、Rは水素または1〜12の炭素原子を有する ヒドロカルビル基である]の重合用固形触媒成分。 2. R1がC5〜C20第1級アルキル、シクロアルキルまたはC7〜C20アリー ルアルキル基である請求項1の固形触媒成分。 3. 式(I)の電子供与性化合物が2−ドデシルマロン酸ジエチル、2−(2 −ペンチル)マロン酸ジエチル、2−シクロヘキシルマロン酸 ジエチル、2−シクロヘキシルメチルマロン酸ジエチル、2−シクロヘキシルメ チルマロン酸ジメチルから選択される請求項1の固形触媒成分。 4. ハロゲン化マグネシウムが活性型のMgCl2である請求項1の固形触媒成分 。 5. チタン化合物がTiCl4またはTiCl3である請求項1の固形触媒成分。 6. 球形、20〜500m2/g、好ましくは50〜400m2/gの表面積および0.2cm3/gより 高い、好ましくは0.2〜0.6cm3/gの全多孔度を有する請求項1の固形触媒成分。 7. (i)請求項1の固形触媒成分と、 (ii)アルキルアルミニウム化合物と、 (iii)1種類またはそれ以上の電子供与性化合物(外部供与体)との反応生成 物からなる、 オレフィンCH2=CHR[式中、Rは水素または1〜12の炭素原子を有する ヒドロカルビル基である]の重合用触媒。 8. アルキルアルミニウム化合物(ii)がトリアルキルアルミニウム化合物で ある請求項7の触媒。 9. トリアルキルアルミニウム化合物がトリエチルアルミニウム、トリイソブ チルアルミニウム、トリ−n−ブチルアルミニウム、トリ−n−ヘキシルアルミ ニウム、トリ−n−オクチルアルミニウムから なる群から選択される請求項8の触媒。 10. 外部供与体(iii)が一般式(II): [式中、RおよびRI、RII、RIII、RIVおよびRVは互いに同一または異なっ て、水素または1〜18の炭素原子を有する炭化水素基であり、RVIおよびRVII は、互いに同一または異なって、R〜RIと同じ意味を有する、ただしそれらは 水素ではない;R〜RVII基の1またはそれ以上は結合して環を形成してもよい ] の1,3-ジエーテル類から選択される請求項7の触媒。 11. 外部供与体(iii)が、式Ra5Rb6Si(OR7)c[式中、aおよびbは0〜2 の整数で、cは1〜4の整数で、(a+b+c)の合計は4であり;R5、R6および R7は1〜18の炭素原子を有するアルキル、シクロアルキルまたはアリール基で ある]のケイ素化合物である請求項7の触媒。 12. aが1で、bが1でかつcが2である請求項11の触媒。 13. R5および/またはR6が3〜10の炭素原子を有する分岐 状アルキル、シクロアルキルまたはアリール基であり、R7がC1〜C10アルキル 基、特にメチル基である請求項12の触媒。 14. aが0で、cが3で、R6が分岐状アルキルまたはシクロアルキル基で 、R7がメチルである請求項11の触媒。 15. ケイ素化合物がメチルシクロヘキシルジメトキシシラン、ジフェニルジ メトキシシラン、メチル−t−ブチルジメトキシシラン、ジシクロペンチルジメ トキシシラン、シクロヘキシルトリメトキシシラン、t−ブチルトリメトキシシ ランおよびテキシルトリメトキシシランからなる群から選択される請求項13ま たは14の触媒。 16. 請求項7の触媒存在下に行なわれるオレフィンCH2=CHR[式中、 Rが水素または1〜12の炭素原子を有するヒドロカルビル基である]の(共)重 合方法。
