Abstract

Forno per la cottura di alimenti, comprendente una porta (1) di accesso, una camera di cottura (2), un ventilatore motorizzato (3) posto in fondo a detta camera, una parete divisoria (4) del flusso d'aria prodotto da detto ventilatore, una camera (5) retrostante detto ventilatore e delimitata in avanti da detto ventilatore e dalla parete divisoria (4), e dotato di un condotto (6) una cui estremità termina con un ugello (7) vicino della ventola del ventilatore (3), e l'altra estremità è collegata ad un serbatoio (8) comprendente una pompa (9) atta a pompare il liquido contenuto in detto serbatoio entro detto condotto (6), detta pompa (9) e detto ventilatore (3) essendo collegati ad un dispositivo di controllo (10) atto a comandarne il funzionamento, e dotato inoltre di un secondo condotto (17) la cui estremità di uscita termina con un secondo ugello (18) disposto pure in prossimità del ventilatore (3).
