Abstract

Zoccolo per fissare un circuito integrato (CI) durante operazioni di invecchiamento forzato o di collaudo. Lo zoccolo comprende una base che porta una pluralità di contatti elettricamente conduttori. Organi di bloccaggio contrapposti di ritegno sono collegati alla base con possibilità di spostamento e comprendono camme esterne.
