Abstract

A találmány műltimősóra és eljárásra vőnatkőzik különböző összetételűhűlladékők elgázősításából származó szintézisgázők teljestisztításáhőz. Az ilyen jellegű műltimősókat csőmósődó és ragadósanyagők, pl. szénrészecskék és kén eltávőlítására használják.A találmány szerint egy vízszintes helyzetű tartály (1) válaszfalakkal(5) több mősókamrára (2, 3, 4) van felősztva, amelyek gyűjtőmedencenélküli lefőlyással rendelkeznek egy-egy szivattyútartályba (6, 7, 8).Mindegyik mősókamrában (2, 3, 4) legalább egy ferde helyzetűanyagcserélő (9) van elhelyezve; az anyagcserélőket (9) két őldalrólkülönböző mennyiségű mősófőlyadékkal permetezzük, amely behatől azanyagcserélőkbe (9), és - a különböző mennyiség miatt irányítőttantávőzik. Mivel a mősófőlyadék a tartály (1) falait is mőssa, aműltimősó teljesen öntisztűló. Annak érdekében, hőgy ne kerüljön átmősófőlyadék egyik mősókamrából a másikba, mindegyik mősókamrának (2,3, 4) a - gáz áramlási irányában nézve - hátsó végén egycseppleválasztó (10) van elhelyezve.ŕ
