Abstract
La invencion se refiere a una lavadora multiple o máquina de lavado multiple y a un método para la limpieza total de gases de síntesis provenientes de la gasificacion de desechos de la más variada composicion. Tales lavadoras multiples se utilizan para eliminar materiales grumosos y adhesivos contenidos tales como partículas de carbon y azufre. De acuerdo a la presente invencion, un recipiente horizontal (1) está subdividido por compuertas divisorias (5) en una pluralidad de cámaras de lavado (2, 3, 4), las cuales están provistas cada una con un flujo hacia afuera sin pileta hacia el sistema de bomba (6, 7, 8). Colocado en cada una de las cámaras al menos un intercambiador de sustancias (9) en una posicion oblicua, la cual es rociada desde ambos lados con cantidades variantes del líquido de lavado, el cual penetra dentro de los intercambiadores de sustancias y, debido a la cantidad variante, es eliminado de una manera dirigida. Conforme el líquido de lavado también rocía la pared del recipiente, la autolimpieza total de la lavadora multiple es asegurada. Con el fin de prevenir cualquier transferencia desde una cámara de lavado hacia la siguiente cámara de lavado, está colocado un recolector de gotitas (10), observado en la direccion del flujo de gas, en el extremo posterior de cada cámara de lavado.
