Abstract
A találmány tárgyát képezi enzimes, ciklusos vizsgálat homociszteinés/vagy cisztationin oldatban lévő mennyiségének megállapítására,amely során a homociszteint és/vagy cisztationint tartalmazó oldatotreakciókeverék formájában kapcsolatba hozzák cisztationin-b-szintázzalvagy származékával, L-szerinnel, és cisztationin-b-liázzal vagyszármazékával elegendő ideig ahhoz, hogy az enzimek homociszteinnekcisztationinná és cisztationinnak homociszteinné történő ciklusosátalakulását és visszaalakulását katalizálják, amelyet piruvát ésammónia termelődése kísér; a reakciókeverékben lévő piruvát és/vagyammónia mennyiségét meghatározzák; és az oldatban lévő homociszteinés/vagy cisztationin mennyiségét a termelődött piruvát és/vagy ammóniamennyisége alapján kiértékelik.
