Abstract

A találmány tárgya burkolt szigetelőtermék, amely tartalmaz: -szálakból készített matracot (1), amelynek hosszirányú kiterjedésevan, továbbá egymással átellenesen elhelyezkedő első és második főfelülete (2, 3), egymással átellenesen fekvő első és második oldalsófelülete (4, 5), egymással átellenesen fekvő első és második zárófelülete van és - a matrac (1) két fő felületét (2, 3) és két oldalsófelületét (4, 5) befedő borítást, ahol is a borítás szalag (6, 18)formájú első borítóeszközt tartalmaz, amely a matrac (1) első főfelületének (2) legalább egy központi részét lefedi anélkül, hogy ezenelső fő felületen (2) túlnyúlna és ide hozzá van erősítve, továbbá aborítás második burkolóeszközt (7,8,9) tartalmaz, amely sorban lefedia matrac (1) második fő felületét (3), két oldalsó felületét (4, 5) ésaz első fő felület (2) szélső részeit. A második borítóeszköz (7,8,9)az első és második fő felülethez (2, 3) van erősítve, és a matrac (1)átellenesen fekvő oldalsó felületei (4, 5) mentén szabadon lebegvehelyezkedik el. A találmány tárgya továbbá a termék előállításáraszolgáló eljárás, amelynek során az üvegszálból készített matracotméretre vágják, és a különböző borítóeszközöket megfelelő sorrendbenfelhordják és a megfelelő helyeken odaerősítik a matrac (1) főfelületeihez (2, 3).
