Abstract
A találmány tárgya eljárás egy vagy több kalcium-aluminátottartalmazó, fáradt, vízgőzös pirolízishez alkalmazható katalizátorokregenerálásra. Az eljárást az jellemzi, hogy a fáradt katalizátorokatvízgőz-áramban 700-950 °C hőmérsékleten, 51-202 kPA nyomásonregenerálják, és a vízgőzt: 5-15 gh-1gkat-1 mennyiségben táplálják be.A regenerálást állóágyas, párhuzamos reaktorokban hajtják végre,amelyekben váltakozva végeznek vízgőzös pirolízist és regenerálást. Atalálmány tárgya továbbá eljárás könnyű olefinek előállításáraszénhidrogén vízgőzös krakkolásával, amely szénhidrogén lehet nafta,petróleum, atmoszferikus gázolaj, vákuumgázolaj, etán vagy cseppfolyóspropángáz, önmagában vagy egymással összekeverve. Az eljárást azjellemzi, hogy a kiindulási szénhidrogéneket egy vagy több kalcium-aluminátot tartalmazó katalizátorral reagáltatják 670-850 °Chőmérsékleten, 111-182 kPa abszolút nyomáson, 0,1-1,5 tömeg%víz/kiindulási szénhidrogén arány és 0,05-0,2 másodperc kontaktidőmellett, és a katalizátorokat a találmány szerinti regenerálóeljárással regenerálják.
