Claims (18)
1. Automatski uređaj za ubrizgavanje, koji obuhvaća:
kućište (22) koje obuhvaća proksimalni kraj (27) i distalni kraj; i
špricu (130) koja uključuje iglu (134), tijelo šprice i klip (136), pri čemu se šprica može pomicati unutar kućišta (22) od prvog položaja do drugog položaja koji je distalni u odnosu na prvi položaj kako bi se igla pomaknula prema distalnom kraju kućišta, i pri čemu se klip može pomicati u odnosu na tijelo šprice kako bi se lijek iz tijela šprice ubrizgao kroz iglu; naznačen time da automatski uređaj za ubrizgavanje dalje obuhvaća:
„shuttle“ (204) koji ima distalnu površinu (211) koja obuhvaća ispupčenje (213) i krivolinijsku površinu, pri čemu se krivolinijska površina pruža od ispupčenja tako da definira područje (215) podreza, pri čemu je barem odsiječak distalne površine napravljen od materijala s dodatim lubrikantom; i
nastavak (250) koji ima tijelo (251) nastavka i zapor (332), pri čemu se zapor može pomicati u odnosu na tijeltijelo nosača i u odnosu na ispupčenje (213) shuttlea (204); pri čemu:
nastavak (250) ima spojenu konfiguraciju u kojoj se zapor (332) nategnuto spaja preko ispupčenja (213), i
nastavak (250) ima razdvojenu konfiguraciju u kojoj je zapor (332) sklonjen s ispupčenja (213) i u kliznom je zahvatanju sa krivolinijskom površinom, nastavak je rotabilan u odnosu na shuttle (204), i shuttle se može pomicati prema proksimalnom kraju (27) kućišta (22) kako bi se uvukla šprica (130).
2. Automatski uređaj za ubrizgavanje prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu zapor (332) obuhvaća konzolni krak (330) s jednim krajem koji ima ispupčenje.
3. Automatski uređaj za ubrizgavanje prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, pri čemu ispupčenje (332) zapora ima ravnu prednju površinu (333) i zakrivljenu zadnju površinu (335), pri čemu je ravna prednja površina u kontaktu sa ispupčenjem (213) shuttlea (204) kada je nastavak (250) u spojenoj konfiguraciji, i zakrivljena zadnja površina je u kontaktu sa krivolinijskom površinom kada je nastavak u razdvojenoj konfiguraciji.
4. Automatski uređaj za ubrizgavanje prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu materijal s dodanim lubrikantom obuhvaća silikon.
5. Automatski uređaj za ubrizgavanje prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu se cijeli shuttle (204) pravi od materijala sa dodanim lubrikantom.
6. Automatski uređaj za ubrizgavanje prema patentnom Zahtjevu 1, koji dalje obuhvaća oprugu (275) koja se tlači između shuttlea (204) i nastavka (250) kada je nastavak u spojenoj konfiguraciji.
7. Automatski uređaj za ubrizgavanje prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, pri čemu je opruga (275) torzijski predopterećena kada je nastavak (250) u spojenoj konfiguraciji.
8. Automatski uređaj za ubrizgavanje prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu se shuttle (204) može pomicati prema proksimalnom kraju kućišta (22) nakon što je nastavak (250) rotiran kroz prethodno određen ugao rotacije.
9. Automatski uređaj za ubrizgavanje prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, koji dalje obuhvaća nosač (185) šprica koji uključuje prvi dio (156) i drugi dio (157) koji su međusobno identični, zasebni jedan u odnosu na drugi, i međusobno se zaključavaju, pri čemu svaki od prvog i drugog dijela obuhvaća:
proksimalnu površinu (402) prirubnice;
distalnu površinu (404) prirubnice;
obodni kružni zid (410) između proksimalne površine (402) prirubnice i distalne površine (404) prirubnice; i
zazor (460) koji se nalazi između proksimalne površine (402) prirubnice, distalne površine (404) prirubnice i obodnog kružnog zida (410), pri čemu odsječak (133) tijela šprica ulazi u zazor.
10. Automatski uređaj za ubrizgavanje prema patentnom Zahtjevu 9, pri čemu svaki od prvog i drugog dijela (156, 157) nosača (185) šprica uključuje istureni zubac (420) koji se međusobno zaključava sa drugim od prvog i drugog dijela.
11. Automatski uređaj za ubrizgavanje prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, pri čemu nosač (185) šprica uključuje jastuk (187), pri čemu proksimalna površina (402) prirubnice i distalna površina (404) prirubnice imaju veću tvrdoću materijala nego jastuk.
12. Automatski uređaj za ubrizgavanje prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, pri čemu tijelo šprice uključuje prirubnicu (133) tijela šprice, i jastuče (187) je u kontaktu sa prirubnicom tijela šprice.
13. Automatski uređaj za ubrizgavanje prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, pri čemu jastuk (187) uključuje barem jedno radijalno ispupčenje (188) koje se pruža od unutrašnje radijalne površine (189) jastuka.
14. Automatski uređaj za ubrizgavanje prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, pri čemu tijelo šprice uključuje prirubnicu (133) tijela šprice, pri čemu obodni kružni zid (410) nosača (185) šprice djelomično okružuje vanjski obujam prirubnice šprice i navedena proksimalna površina (402) prirubnice svakog od dijelova (156, 157) zajedno potpuno preklapa proksimalnu površinu (133A) prirubnice tijela šprice.
15. Automatski uređaj za ubrizgavanje prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, pri čemu tijelo šprice uključuje prirubnicu (133) tijela šprice i pri čemu navedena proksimalna površina (402) prirubnice svakog od dijelova (156, 157) zajedno potpuno preklapa proksimalnu površinu (133A) prirubnice tijela šprice.
16. Automatski uređaj za ubrizgavanje prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, pri čemu nosač (185) šprice potpuno okružuje vanjski obujam tijela šprice.

Automatski uređaj za ubrizgavanje prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, pri čemu svaki od prvog i drugog dijela (156,157) nosača (185) šprice uključuje prvi lateralni kraj (411) zida i drugi lateralni kraj (412) zida, pri čemu se obodni kružni zid (410) pruža od prvog lateralnog kraja zida do drugog lateralnog kraja zida, pri čemu prvi lateralni kraj zida ima zubac (420), i drugi lateralni kraj zida ima ispupčenje (430) zapora, pri čemu se zubac prvog dijela (156) nosača šprice međusobno zaključava sa ispupčenjem zapora drugog dijela (157) nosača šprice.
18. Automatski uređaj za ubrizgavanje prema bilo kom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu tijelo šprice sadrži lijek.
