Claims (21)
- 自動注射デバイスであって、

互いに同一であり、互いに別個であり、かつ共に連結されている、第1の部品および第2の部品を含む注射器キャリアであって、前記第1および第2の部分の各々が、

遠位フランジ表面と、
前記近位フランジ表面と前記遠位フランジ表面との間の円周丸壁と、
前記近位フランジ表面、前記遠位フランジ表面、および前記円周丸壁の間に位置するギャップであって、前記注射器本体の一部が、前記ギャップ内に受容されている、ギャップと、を備える、注射器キャリアと、を備える、自動注射デバイス。 - 前記注射器キャリアの前記第1および第2の部品のそれぞれが、前記第1および第2の部品の他方と連結する、突出プロングを含む、請求項1に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 前記注射器キャリアが、クッションを含み、前記近位フランジ表面および前記遠位フランジ表面が、前記クッションよりも高い材料硬度を有する、請求項1に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 前記注射器本体が、注射器本体フランジを含み、前記クッションが、前記注射器本体フランジと接触している、請求項3に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 前記クッションが、前記クッションの内側半径方向表面から延在する少なくとも1つの半径方向突出部を含む、請求項3に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 前記注射器本体が、注射器本体フランジを含み、前記注射器キャリアの前記円周丸壁が、前記注射器フランジの外周を部分的に取り囲み、前記部品の各々の前記近位フランジ表面が共に、前記注射器フランジの近位表面と完全に重なる、請求項1に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 前記注射器本体が、注射器本体フランジを含み、前記部品の各々の前記近位フランジ表面が共に、前記注射器フランジの近位表面と完全に重なる、請求項1に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 前記注射器キャリアが、前記注射器本体の外周を完全に取り囲む、請求項1に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 前記注射器キャリアの前記第1および第2の部品の各々が、第1の側壁端および第2の側壁端を含み、前記円周丸壁は、前記第1の側壁端から前記第2の側壁端まで延在し、前記第1の側壁端は、プロングを有し、前記第2の側壁端は、ラッチ突出部を有し、前記注射器キャリアの前記第1の部品の前記プロングが、前記注射器キャリアの前記第2の部品の前記ラッチ突出部と連結する、請求項1に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 自動注射デバイスであって、
近位端および遠位端を備えるハウジングと、
針、注射器本体、およびプランジャーを含む注射器であって、前記注射器本体が、前記注射器本体から半径方向に延在する注射器フランジを含み、前記プランジャーが、前記針を通して前記注射器本体から薬物を放出するように、前記注射器本体に対して移動可能である、注射器と、
互いに別個であり、かつ共に連結されている、第1の部品および第2の部品を含む注射器キャリアであって、前記第1および第2の部品の各々が、
近位フランジ表面と、
遠位フランジ表面と、
前記近位フランジ表面と前記遠位フランジ表面との間に延在する円周丸壁と、
遠位フランジ表面に沿って配置されているクッションであって、前記近位フランジ表面および前記遠位フランジ表面が、前記クッションよりも高い材料硬度を有する、クッションと、
前記近位フランジ表面、前記クッション、および前記円周丸壁によって画定されており、前記注射器フランジの一部を受け入れるギャップであって、前記第1および第2の部品の各々の前記クッションが共に、前記注射器フランジに沿って完全な円周支持を提供するように、リング形状を画定する、ギャップと、を備える、注射器キャリアと、を備える、自動注射デバイス。 - 前記クッションが、前記注射器フランジの下で前記注射器本体に接触する少なくとも1つの突出部を含み、前記少なくとも1つの突出部が、前記第1および第2の部品の各々の前記クッションの内側半径方向表面の端に隣接して配置されている、請求項10に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 前記第1の部品および前記第2の部品が、互いに同一であり、前記第1および第2の部品の各々が、互いに結合するように構成されている連結要素と、前記移動可能プランジャーを取り囲む開口を共に画定する壁とを有する、請求項10に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 自動注射デバイスであって、
近位端および遠位端を備えるハウジングと、
針、注射器本体、およびプランジャーを含む注射器であって、前記針を前記ハウジングの前記遠位端に向かって移動させるように、前記注射器が、前記ハウジング内で第1の位置から、前記第1の位置の遠位にある第2の位置に移動可能であり、前記プランジャーが、前記針を通して前記注射器本体から薬物を放出するように、前記注射器本体に対して移動可能である、前記注射器と、
突出部および曲線表面を備える遠位表面を有するシャトルであって、前記曲線表面が、アンダーカット領域を画定するように前記突出部から延在し、前記遠位表面の少なくとも一部が、潤滑剤注射材料で作られている、前記シャトルと、
従動子本体およびラッチを有する従動子であって、前記ラッチが、前記従動子本体に対して且つ前記シャトルの前記突出部に対して移動可能である、前記従動子と
を備え、
前記従動子は、前記ラッチが前記突出部の上に付勢的に結合されている結合構成を有し、
前記従動子は分離構成を有し、前記分離構成においては、前記ラッチが前記突出部を通過し且つ前記曲線表面とスライド係合し、前記従動子が前記シャトルに対して回転可能であり、且つ、前記シャトルが、前記注射器を引き込むように、前記ハウジングの前記近位端に向かって移動可能である、前記自動注射デバイス。 - 前記ラッチが、突出部を有する端を備えた片持ち式アームを備える、請求項13に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 前記突出部が、真っ直ぐな前表面および湾曲した後表面を有し、前記従動子が前記結合構成にあるときに、前記真っ直ぐな前表面が、前記突出部と接触し、前記従動子が前記分離構成にあるときに、前記湾曲した後表面が、前記曲線表面と接触する、請求項14に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 前記潤滑剤注射材料が、シリコーンを含む、請求項13に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 前記シャトル全体が、前記潤滑剤注射材料で作られている、請求項13に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 前記従動子が前記結合構成にあるときに、前記シャトルと前記従動子との間で圧縮されるばねをさらに備える、請求項13に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 前記従動子が前記結合構成にあるときに、前記ばねにねじり予荷重が加えられる、請求項18に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 前記従動子が所定の回転角度だけ回転された後、前記シャトルが、前記ハウジングの前記近位端に向かって移動可能である、請求項13に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 前記注射器本体が、薬物を含む、請求項1、11または13に記載の自動注射デバイス。
