Claims (15)
1. Postupak dobivanja arabonske kiseline iz materijala koji sadržava hemicelulozu, pri čemu
a) materijal koji sadržava hemicelulozu se hidrolizira enzimski ili neenzimatski, a dobiveni hidrolizat uključuje arabinozu i ksilozu kao oslobođene šećere, i
b) dobiveni hidrolizat se podvrgava reakciji pretvorbe, naznačen time, da je reakcija pretvorbe određena kombinacijom sljedećih uvjeta:
- arabinoza se pretvara u γ-arabinolakton pomoću oksidoreduktaze i γ-arabinolakton se hidrolizira u arabonsku kiselinu, pri čemu se redoks kofaktori reduciraju na NADH i / ili NADPH oksidoreduktazom, i
- reducirani redoks kofaktori NADH i / ili NADPH pretvaraju se u oksidirano stanje NAD + i / ili NADP + u istoj reakcijskoj šarži pomoću alkohol dehidrogenaze, laktatne dehidrogenaze, ksiloze reduktaze, oksidaze i / ili jednog ili više redoks enzima spojenih na elektrodu.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da je arabonska kiselina dehidrirana u 2-keto-3-deoksiarabonsku kiselinu.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time, da se arabonska kiselina dehidrira pomoću dehidratataze.
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2 ili 3, naznačen time, da se 2-keto-3- deoksiarabonska kiselina dehidrira dalje u polualdehid a-ketoglutarične kiseline.
5. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time, da se 2-keto-3- deoksiarabonska kiselina dodatno dehidrira pomoću dehidratataze.
6. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4 ili 5, naznačen time, da se polualdehid a-ketoglutarične kiseline oksidira u a-ketoglutaričnu kiselinu.
7. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, naznačen time, da se polualdehid a- ketoglutainske kiseline oksidira pomoću oksidoreduktaze.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time, da su dobiveni spojevi koji imaju mjesto ionskog vezanja odvojeni.
9. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time, da se prije pretvorbe u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, materijal koji sadržava hemicelulozu proizvodi iz lignoceluloznog materijala.
10. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačen time, da se materijal koji sadržava hemicelulozu proizvodi obradom lignoceluloznog materijala alkalnom vodenom otopinom alkohola.
11. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 9 do 10, naznačen time, da je materijal koji sadržava lignocelulozu biomasa koja sadržava lignocelulozu.
12. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time, da oslobođeni šećeri čine mješavinu larabinoze i D-ksiloze.
13. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 8 do 12, naznačen time, da se dobiveni spojevi odvajaju od reakcijske smjese pomoću ionske izmjene kromatografije i / ili elektrodijalize.
14. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 11 do 13, naznačen time, da materijal koji sadržava lignocelulozu potječe iz jednogodišnjih biljaka, slame, energetskih trava, sisala, bagasse ili netipičnih supstrata lignoceluloze, poput ljuski.
15. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 9 do 14, naznačen time, da se arabonska kiselina, 2-keto-3-deoksiarabonska kiselina, α-ketoglutarična kiselina, polualdehid i / ili α-ketoglutarična kiselina proizvode u materijalu koji sadržava lignocelulozu.
