Claims (11)
1. Postrojenje za ponovno uplinjavanje ukapljenog prirodnog plina, koje sadrži:
- najmanje jednu crpku (A1, A2) koja pojačava tlak ukapljeni prirodni plin;
- izmjenjivač topline ukapljeni prirodni plin/rashladno sredstvo (B) koji proizvodi prirodni plin iz ukapljeni prirodni plin-a koji struji iz najmanje jedne crpke za pojačavanje;
- zatvoreni krug za rashladno sredstvo koji se proteže kroz izmjenjivač topline ukapljeni prirodni plin/rashladno sredstvo (B) i sadrži najmanje jedan prvi izmjenjivač topline (G1, G2), rashladno sredstvo iz odgovarajućeg izmjenjivača topline prolazi kroz izmjenjivač topline ukapljeni prirodni plin/rashladno sredstvo kao plin i odlazi u kondenziranom stanju kako bi se izmjenom topline dobio prirodni plin; i
- medij za zagrijavanje koji se koristi u najmanje jednom prvom izmjenjivaču topline (G1, G2) kako bi se dobilo rashladno sredstvo u plinovitom stanju,
- izmjenjivač topline prirodni plin/rashladno sredstvo (C) postavljen u vezi s izmjenjivačem topline ukapljeni prirodni plin/rashladno sredstvo (B) pri čemu se ukapljeni prirodni plin predgrijava unutar izmjenjivača topline ukapljeni prirodni plin/rashladno sredstvo i prirodni plin se pomoćno zagrijava unutar izmjenjivača topline prirodni plin/rashladno sredstvo,
naznačeno time što
se medij za zagrijavanje koristi s drugim izmjenjivačem topline (D) koji je dio zatvorenog kruga rashladnog sredstva kako bi se osiguralo zagrijano tekuće sredstvo za hlađenje, zatvoreni krug rashladnog sredstva se proteže kroz izmjenjivač topline prirodni plin/rashladno sredstvo, i izmjenjivač topline prirodni plin/rashladno sredstvo pomoću tekućeg rashladnog sredstva iz drugog izmjenjivača topline (D).
2. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 1, naznačeno time što je medij za zagrijavanje morska voda, a tlak kroz izmjenjivač topline (D) i izmjenjivač topline prirodni plin/rashladno sredstvo (C) se održava iznad tlaka ključanja na temperaturi morske vode.
3. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time što zatvoreni krug rashladnog sredstva sadrži ventil (F), pri čemu ventil (F) kontrolira tlak u isparenom rashladnom sredstvu.
4. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time što su izmjenjivač topline ukapljeni prirodni plin/rashladno sredstvo (B) i izmjenjivač topline prirodni plin/rashladno sredstvo (C) izmjenjivači topline tiskanog kruga.
5. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time što su izmjenjivač topline ukapljeni prirodni plin/rashladno sredstvo (B) i izmjenjivač topline prirodni plin/rashladno sredstvo (C) spojeni na jedan izmjenjivač topline koji ima jedan put za ukapljeni prirodni plin/prirodni plin i najmanje jedan odvojeni put za rashladno sredstvo u dijelovima predgrijača i dijelovima za pomoćno grijanje, redom.
6. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time što su izmjenjivači topline (D, G1, G2) koji su uključeni u zatvoreni krug rashladnog sredstva polu zavareni pločasti izmjenjivači topline.
7. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time što su crpke za pojačavanje (A1, A2) centrifugalne crpke s više stupnjeva.
8. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time što zatvoreni krug rashladnog sredstva sadrži crpku za rashladno sredstvo (E) koja je poželjno centrifugalna crpka.
9. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time što je rashladno sredstvo propan.
10. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 2-9, naznačeno time što je postavljen vanjski grijač (K) za predgrijavanje morske vode koja se dovodi u izmjenjivač topline (D) koji je u vezi s izmjenjivačem topline prirodni plin/rashladno sredstvo (C).
11. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 2-9, naznačeno time što je postavljen vanjski grijač (K) za predgrijavanje morske vode koja se dovodi u sve izmjenjivače topline (D, G1, G2).
