Abstract

εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μια μέθοδο για την παρασκευή σιταλοπράμης περιλαμβάνουσα την αντίδραση μίας ενώσεως του τύπου ΙΙ με μία ένωση έχουσα τύπο (ΙΙΙ) στον οποίο το R είναι αλογόνο ή -Ο-SO2-X όπου το Χ είναι αλκύλιο, αλκενύλιο, αλκυνύλιο ή προαιρετικά υποκατασταθέν με αλκύλιο αρύλιο ή αραλκύλιο και το R1 είναι διμεθυλαμίνη, αλογόνο ή -O-SO2-X όπου το Χ είναι όπως ορίσθηκε ανωτέρω ,την προυπόθεση ότι το R δεν είναι αλογόνο όταν το R1 είναι διμεθυλαμίνη και αν το R1 είναι διμεθυλαμίνη, ακολουθούμενη απο την απομόνωση της βάσεως σιταλοπράμης ή ενός φαρμακευτικά αποδεκτού άλατος της προσθήκης οξέως, και αν το R1 είναι αλογόνο ή -Ο-SO2-X όπου το Χ είναι όπως ορίσθηκε ανωτέρω, ακολουθούμενη απο μετατροπή της προκύπτουσας ενώσεως του τύπου (ΙV)στον οποίο το R2 είναι αλογόνο ή -O-SO2-X όπου το X είναι όπως ορίσθηκε ανωτέρω, σε σιταλοπράμη, ακολουθούμενη απο την απομόνωση της βάσεως σιταλοπράμης ή ενός φαρμακευτικά αποδεκτού άλατος της προσθήκης οξέος. ΰ
