915,133. Storage containers. DURELL, R. B. March 6, 1961 [Feb. 26, 1960], No. 6907/60. Class 20 (1). [Also in Group I] Adjacent panels forming an enclosure intended to confine liquid on granular material are joined end-to-end by members passing through over-lapping pairs of endwise extending tongues. The panels are formed from wooden battens 2 having facing sheets 3, 4 of plywood or hardboard. The ends 6 of the battens projecting beyond the sheets 3, 4 are arranged to lie between the sheets of an adjacent panel so that the edges of the sheets abut. Steel tubes 7 are passed through aligned holes in the ends 6 and the joins thus formed along each side wall are buttressed by triangular wooden framed members (Fig. 4 (not shown). The buttress members are joined by steel strips lying on the ground. In a collapsible swimming pool, a plastic liner is provided.
