Cladding e.g. of plasterboard, plastics or plywood 44 covers at least one side of the module and the outer surfaces of the elements 11, 12 make an oblique angle with the cladding 44. The modules are secured together with outer surfaces of adjacent elements abutting and may be fixed by tie bars 41 or inclined trapezoidal frames (58) Fig. 4 (not shown).
