A hinged member such as an oven door 30 is detachably connected to the movable hinge blade 17, pivoted at 16, by means of a pin 35 fixed on the door and adapted to seat in a radially outwardly opening notch 41 formed at the end of an arm 40 of the blade and a lug 36 on the door extending away from the pin 35 and adapted to be engaged by a catch pin 45 carried by a catch member 42 pivoted at 43 to the blade.
