Class 136(3) A suspension means for motor-cycles consists of a buffer member 6 fastened between each of the rocking levers 2 which support the front wheel and abutments 5 fixed to the fork sections 1. The buffer element 6 is in the form of a ring segment. Plates 7 are vulcanized to the ends of the buffers and screw studs 8 may be welded to the plates. These studs pass through the rocking lever 2 and the abutment 5 and are retained by nuts 10, 11. Alternatively the buffer element 6 may be connected to the rocking lever 2 and abutment 5 by vulcanization.
