The rotary harrow claimed in the parent Specification is provided with tools mounted on the hood 18. As shown in Fig. 1, tines 19a are mounted on a shaft 19 pivoted on the hood and adjusted by means of a hand-lever 19b. As shown in Fig. 2 star-shaped discs 33 are mounted on a shaft 32 which engages side members 34 pivoted on a shaft 35.
