Heading A1B A rotary hoe comprises hoeing tools 14 carried on bars 13 which are rotatably mounted on discs 10, one end of the bars being formed as cranks 15 which are fitted on a disc 16 which is eccentric to the other discs. Wheels 4 are mounted on legs which are adjustably mounted in the machine frame. The angular position of the tools is adjusted by means of a device mounted on the machine frame and connected to the eccentric 17 on which the disc 16 is mounted.
