782,389. Vehicle driving gear. BORG-WARNER CORPORATION. May 9,1955 [May 12, 1954], No. 13331/55. Class 79(2) [Also in Group XXIV] A power take-off from a five-speed and reverse truck transmission driven through a fluid coupling 15 (see Group XXIV), comprises a pinion 53, Fig. 4, splined on a shaft parallel to the main shafts and arranged on either side of the transmission, the pinion being movable into and out of mesh with teeth 52 on a planet-carrier 51 of the gear train which is driven in all ratios including neutral.
