Abstract
745,718. Cathode-ray tubes. FERNSEH GES. May 31, 1954 [May 30, 1953], No. 16057/54. Class 39 (1). A magnetically symmetrical ferromagnetic ring 4 surrounds the deflecting coils 2, 3 and is adjustable transversely, for example by screws 6, 7 at right angles pressing the ring against a leaf spring 5, to compensate for asymmetries in the ring or coils. There may be one or two pairs of coils. Specification 476,947 is referred to.
