Abstract

717,517. Wrappers. MOLINS, D. W., HARVEY, V. P., and MOLINS MACHINE CO., Ltd. Nov. 28, 1952, [Jan. 1, 1952.] No. 44/52. Classes 94 (1) and 94(2). A packet is folded from a composite blank consisting of a paper wrapper 2 and a foil liner 1, portions 7 being folded inwardly to form "tucks," and side flaps 6 being folded in overlapping relationship and secured to complete the packet. The packet is characterized by a portion 12 of the liner being folded on itself independently of the wrapper, the edge 8 of the wrapper thus extending along the lower edge 9 of the packet. In an alternative form (not shown) the wrapper does not extend across the bottom of the packet and the tucks are formed solely of parts of the liner. Specification 715,626 is referred to.
