[Class 131] In a dry shaver a reversible cutter is provided having two sets of cutting edges either set of which is a spare or inoperative set when the other is in operation. As shown the cutter, which is mounted to rotate or oscillate in conjunction with a dished guard plate 1, is constructed as a disc 4 with portions 5 offset to each side of the disc and have cutting edges 6 adapted to coact with the guard plate 1. Apertures 7 are provided to take over pins on the driving shaft.
