[Class 131] To facilitate the removal of the inner reciprocating cutter 25 from a dry shaver without dismantling the outer cutter 24, the eccentric 31 which' operates the. inner cutter is disengaged therefrom by moving a trigger 23 to depress a plate 39, which depresses in turn the eccentric spindle 30 and the spring-pressed plungers 51. The driving shaft 28 has a splined connection 29, 34 with the spindle 30.
