[Class 144 (i)] A vehicle wheel consists of a hub a having ribs d fitted with stub-spokes C to which radial tapered leaf-springs b are bolted. A front plate h is secured by nuts c and studs j to the hub a. No rim is provided, the springs b bending under the weight of the vehicle.
