Abstract

453,810. Photographic projectionprinting apparatus. LUDVIGSEN, N., 2, Rue de Louvois, Paris. Dec. 24, 1935, No. 35711. Convention date, Dec. 27, 1934. [Class 98 (i)] Apparatus for producing screened negatives from an original, e.g. a photographic positive, for use in photo-mechanical printing processes comprises a central optical system integral with which is a box having internal illumination and means to receive the original at the back of the box, and a device for receiving the screen and photographic plate placed below the optical system. In the form shown, the original 4 is mounted at the back of the light box 1 and illuminated by lamps 2. An optical system 7 is connected to the box 1, e.g. by bellows 6. The screen 11 and sensitive plate 8 are carried by a holder 10 formed of two vertical plates provided with slots 12.
