Abstract

384,152. Automatic guns. FROMMER, R. VON, 158, Soroksßri Ut, Budapest. March 17, 1932, No. 7953. [Classes 92 (ii) and 119.] An automatic gun of the kind provided with a pivoted handle 10 connected to an arm 12 for disconnecting the breechclosing spring prior to manual opening of the breech by a rearward movement of the handle, has a spring catch 6 controlled by the arm 12 for locking the barrel 1 during the manual operation. When the handle 10 is released after manually closing the breech, the arm 12, under the action of its spring 8, engages the toe 7 of the catch 6 and releases the barrel ready for automatic working.
