Abstract

354,368. Closures for tins. SCHMIDT, E., 73, Augsburgerstrasse, Berlin, May 8, 1930, No. 14194. Convention date, Oct. 5, 1929. [Class 125 (iii).] A tin 1 has an upper part terminating in an outward bulge 2 with a free edge 2a, and the lid thereof has a bulge 5 below the top into which the bulge 2 snaps when' the tin is closed. The lower part of the lid is flared at 4 or is rolled over outwardly. The bulge in the lid is situated above the cylindrical portion of the skirt.
