390,703. Bottle &c. closures. RISTOW, C., 6, Flotowstrasse, Berlin. Aug. 8, 1932, No. 22214. [Classes 66 and 125 (iii).] In a closure for a paper bottle &c. 2, in which a cover 4 seats on a ledge 3 and is secured thereon bv a bead 7, formed by folding or rolling inwardly the edge of the receptacle, a peripheral series of apertures 8 is provided in the neck, above the plane of the ledge 3, to enable the top portion of the neck to be torn off at the apertures, to destroy the permanent closure, and yet still provide a seating for the disc for use as a temporary closure. Lifting tabs 6 may be provided on the cover 4.
