327,240. Ferrant, R. Feb. 14, 1029. Flooring and ceiling slabs. - Flanged ceiling slabs 2 support bowed plates 28 and a concrete filling 30, and are provided with keying grooves 6. They may be flanged on all edges, and may be formed of plain or reinforced cement, plaster, or solid or hollow pottery. The bowed plates 28 are formed of fibrous plaster ; and for roofs and terraces, the plates 28 in a row have a curvature decreasing from the centre of the structure to the supporting edges, or they may be coned, so that the upper surface of the concrete is cambered for draining.
