225,013. Crone, J. E. Oct. 9, 1923. Variable-speed gearing carries planet pinions D supported upon a fly-wheel G which is free to rotate. The pinions D mesh with an internallytoothed driving wheel A, and with a sun pinion C fast on a driven shaft B. Variation in speed is produced automatically by centrifugal action of,one or two pairs of weights E<1> and E<2> secured to the planet gears and equally spaced around the peripheries of these gears.
