Abstract

Locking-bolts and the like. - In point and signal interlocking apparatus, the stretcher-bar 10 is locked when the signal bar 11 is freed, by either of two lock bolts 13, 14 which are operated by keys to engage a lug 15 on the bar. The lug 15 is secured to the bar by pins 16, which can be sheared off in case of emergency, a sliding block 17 under such circumstances being then pressed out by a spring 18 to put the interlocking-apparatus out of gear.
