Abstract

Vaporizers, external.-Atomized paraffin or like fuel from the float chamber 10 and air from the intake 6 pass through the flattened tube 1<a> situated within the exhaust pipe and through the tube 17 to the mixing device 18, whence they are delivered past the throttle valve 26 to the intake pipe 19. Supplementary air is supplied by the suctionoperated valve 21, and light fuel may be admitted at starting along the pipe 28 to the engine side of the throttle valve. The paraffin jet is adjusted by the screw 16, and the light fuel jet by the screw 31.
