Abstract

1462808 Weighing electrically W & T AVERY Ltd 13 June 1975 [14 Aug 1974] 35713/74 Heading G1N In a weighing system incorporating a plurality of weighing transducers 10 each of which is associated with a store 14 containing calibration data for the particular transducer; the signals are fed through individual A-D converters 12 to a first multi-plexer 16 and the stores 14 are connected to a second multi-plexer 18. Both multi-plexers are controlled by a processor 20 and programmes 26 to send corrected digital signals sequentially to a store 28, from which they are subsequently retrieved and added to determine the correct total weight sensed by the weighing device.
