Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement de surface d'une pièce en alliage d'aluminium, qui comprend une première étape de traitement de la pièce par oxydation micro-arcs, la pièce étant immergée dans un milieu électrolytique aqueux contenant un sel de silicate à une concentration supérieure ou égale à 2 g/l et un sel d'aluminate à une concentration supérieure ou égale à 1 g/l, et étant traversée par un courant électrique ; puis une deuxième étape de traitement de la pièce par mise en contact de la pièce successivement avec une première composition aqueuse contenant un sel métallique inhibiteur de corrosion, à l'exclusion d'un sel de chrome hexavalent, et un composé oxydant, puis une deuxième composition aqueuse contenant un sel de terre rare inhibiteur de corrosion et un composé oxydant. La pièce ainsi traitée présente une résistance élevée à la corrosion.
