Description
Claims (1)
- ステンレスをリン酸と硫酸の比が、85重量%のリン酸:98重量%の硫酸=50〜90:10〜50容量%の混合比液中で、温度30℃〜80℃の下で、1Adm 2 〜20A dm 2 の電流で、30秒〜20分電解研磨するステップ。
上記電解研磨の後、0.05M/L〜0.5M/Lのモリブデン酸ナトリウムの10重量%〜60重量%の硝酸溶液中で、温度20℃〜80℃で所定時間無電解処理するステップ
とよりなることを特徴とするステンレスの不動態化方法。
