Abstract
Ensemble de bobine (28) dans un injecteur de carburant (10) comprenant: - Un noyau magnétique (38), - Une bobinage (40) enroulé autour du noyau (38), le bobinage (40) étant surmoulé formant un surmoulage cylindrique (42), et - L'ensemble de bobine surmoulé (28) comprenant de plus un trou borgne axial (50) s'étendant vers l'intérieur de l'ensemble de bobine (28) à partir de la première surface (51) à une extrémité distale (52), le trou borgne (50) étant adapté pour loger au moins un ressort (54, 56) pour solliciter une armature magnétique (30). L'ensemble de bobine (28) est muni d'un trou de dégazage (58) traversant le noyau (38) et le surmoulage (42) à partir du trou axial borgne (50) jusqu'à une surface cylindrique externe axiale (60), le trou de dégazage (58) ménagé dans le noyau magnétique (38) et présentant une restriction agencée dans un premier tronçon (62) proximal du trou axial borgne (50).
