Abstract

One-piece, self-supporting awning box, with a wind-up tube or similar element, fitted with a device for securing it to the wall by means of independent supports and also with a device for adjusting the angle of the arms in the region of the front extender bar. Comprising an extruded aluminium section (1) which supports the system, with a second aluminium section (2) coupled to the latter and covering the system at the top and covering the winding tube (3) with the awning canvas (4); both ends of these aluminium sections are themselves connected by means of several fixing screws to two aluminium end plates (5) enclosing the components of the system. The arm support (6) and the angularly-adjustable retractable arms (7) enable a front extender bar (8), consisting of an aluminium section, to be deployed by virtue of a linking piece (9).
