Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif d'arrêt d'urgence d'un moteur à combustion interne et à injection de combustible. La pompe d'injection est du type à carter unique 10 et à plusieurs cylindres 22, dans lesquels les pistons 20 sont reliés rigidement à des poussoirs 18. L'introduction de gaz comprimé dans le carter 10, par le conduit 48 de trop plein d'huile, permet d'arrêter la pompe d'injection en cas de survitesse. L'invention s'applique aux moteurs à injection de combustible.
