Abstract

La présente invention est relative à une nouvelle glycoprotéine, caractérisée par a. une proportion de protéines de 89 +- 4 %; b. une proportion d'hydrates de carbone de 11,1 +- 2,2 %; dans ces hydrates de carbone 5,3 +- 1,1 % d'hexoses, 2,8 +- 0,5 % d'hexosamines N-acétylées, et 2,9 +- 0,6 % d'acide neuraminique N-acétylé; c. un coefficient de sédimentation S20w de 3,2 +- 0,3 S; d. un poids moléculaire de 32 000 +- 6 000; e. un point isoélectrique à pH 4,3 +- 0,3; f. un coefficient d'extinction E1 cm**1 %(280 nm), de 13,8 +- f,0; g. une mobilité électrophorétique dans le domaine compris entre l'albumine et les alpha 1 -globulines; h. une réaction immunologique spécifique avec un anticorps spécifique de la glycoproteine; et i. une activité protéolytique. Cette glycoproteine est utilisable pour la préparation d'anti-sérums.
