Abstract

Glycoprotéine non dénaturée appelée (gp90), isolée d'enveloppes d onco-RNA virus. Elle a une masse moléculaire de 90 000 daltons, elle est formée d'unités de la glycoprotéine gp70 et de la protéine p15 (E), elle est susceptible d'immunoprécipitation avec des sérums anti-gp70 et anti-pl5 (E), elle donne la gp70 et la p15 (E) par réduction avec le mercapto-éthanol, et, en solution aqueuse et en présence de détergents non ioniques, elle se trouve sous la forme d'un complexe ayant une masse moléculaire de 360 000 à 450 000. Elle peut être obtenue à partir du virus de la leucémie féline ou de la leucémie murine. Utilisation dans des vaccins pour la protection du chat contre le virus de la leucémie féline.
