Claims (9)

1. Förfarande för framställning av mattor av orga-niska eller oorganiska fibrer, enligt vilket förfarande 5 skurna fibrer dispergerade i ströimnande gas kommer ut ur en kanal (2) och avsätts pä ett perforerat transportband (41) för bildande av en matta (42), varvid gasen utsugs frän undersidan av transportbandet, transportbandet (41) bildar med gasströmningsriktningen ur kanalutloppet en vin-10 kel av 90 - 150°, företrädesvis 100 - 120°, och gasström- ningen mellan kanalen (2) och transportbandet (41) medtager omgivningsluft eller ätercirkulerad gas, kanne-t e c k n a d därav, att a) i förlängningen av kanalen (2) har ensidigt i 15 riktning för transportbandet anordnats en böjd styrkropp (31) sä, att gasströmningen efter lämnandet av kanalen om-länkas genom päverkan av Coanda-effekt hos styrkroppen i riktning för transportbandet och b) pä motsatta sidan av kanalen (2) inströmmar om-20 givningsluft mellan transportbandet (41) och undre kanten av kanalen (2) i en riktning av 45 - 90° i förhällande tili gasströmningsriktningen vid kanalutloppet i omrädet för fi-beravsättningen i transportbandets rörelseriktning och c) att utsugningen av totalströmningen vid trans- 25 portbandet sker sä, att den fiberbärande gasen under dubbel avlänkning flyter en S-formad väg tili transportbandet (41), varvid strömningsriktningen vid vändpunkten har en vinkel av 0 - 30° i förhällande tili transportbandet.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n n e - 30 tecknat därav, att vid den böjda styrpläten medelst perforeringar eller slitsar utsugs gas i sädan grad, att de vid strömningen transporterade fibrerna endast följer kon-turen av styrpläten.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, k ä n -35 netecknat därav, att omgivningsluftens inström- ningsriktning bestäms av styrplätar (33) och (35).
