Abstract

Un procedimiento para la preparación de un nuevo derivado de ácido cicloalquilidenmetilfenilacético, útil como agente anti-inflamatorio, analgésico o antipirético de fórmula **fórmula** (dónde R1 y r2 son iguales o diferentes y cada uno de ellos representa un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo alquilo de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono y n es 1, 2 o 3) cuyo procedimiento se caracteriza por: a) someter a reacción de condensación un derivado de un éster del ácido p-formilfenilacético de fórmula **fórmula ** (Dónde R1 es el definido anteriormente y R3 es un grupo alquilo de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono) con un derivado de enamina de fórmula **fórmula ** (dónde R4 y r5 son iguales o diferentes y cada uno de ellos representa un grupo alquilo de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono o unidos forman, junto con el átomo de nitrógeno al que están enlazados, un grupo amino cíclico opcionalmente con un átomo de oxígeno en el anillo y n es el definido anteriormente) e hidrolizar el producto de condensación; b) cuando R2 es alquilo en el compuesto (I) de la etapa (a) , opcionalmente hidrolizar el compuesto (I) para dar un compuesto (I) donde R2 es hidrógeno y/o c) cuando R2 es hidrógeno en el compuesto (I) de la etapa (a) , o cuando se realiza la etapa (b), opcionalmente salificar el compuesto (I)
