Abstract

Procedimiento de preparación de un nuevo derivado 5H-2,3- benzodiazepino de fórmula general (I): **(Fórmula)** en la que: R representa un átomo de hidrógeno, un grupo alquilo C1-5'', dialquilaminoalquilo, amino, alquilamino o dialquilamino, un grupo estirilo, fenil-C1-3-alquilo o arilo dotado discrecionalmente de 1 a 3 sustitutivos halógenos, hidroxilos, aciloxilos, metilos, trifluorometilos, nitros, aminos, metilenodioxilos, alcoxilos C1-4 y/o aralcoxilos, o un grupo heterocíclico que contenga 1 ó 2 átomos de nitrógeno, oxígeno y/o azufre, R1 representa un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo alquilo C1-4, hidroximetilo, formilo, carboxilo, carbalcoxilo, arilo, o heterocíclico, R2 representa un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo alquilo C1-4, dialquilaminoalquilo, alquilamino, dialquilamino o arilo, y R3 y R4 representan, cada una de ellas, un átomo de hidrógeno, un átomo de halógeno o un grupo nitro, amino, hidroxilo, aciloxilo, alquilo C1-3, alcoxilo C1-5, dialquilaminoalcoxilo o aralcoxilo.
