Abstract

Un procedimiento para la preparación de un compuesto de pirrolidona de la fórmula: **(Fórmula)** y el epímero de C5 del mismo, donde: Q es -COOR'', tetrazol-5-ilo o -CONHR"; W es un enlace sencillo o un enlace doble con configuración cis; Z es un enlace sencillo o un enlace doble de configuración trans; M es H/"''OH ó HO/"''H; R es alfa-tienilo, fenilo, fenoxi monosusituído o fenoxi monosustituido, en que el sustituyente es cloro, flúor, fenilo, metoxi trifluometilo o alquilo que tiene de uno a tres átomos de carbono; R'' es hidrógeno, alquilo que tiene de uno a cinco átomos de carbono, fenilo o p-bifenilo; R" es -COR''" o -SO2R''" , en que R"'' es fenilo o alquilo que tiene de uno a cinco átomos de carbono; y las sales de metal alcalino, metal alcalinotérreo y amonio de aquellos compuestos en que Q es un grupo carboxilato o tetrazol-5-ilo.
