Abstract
Un método para evaluar mantenimiento de componente de vehículo histórico e identificar indicadores predictivos de eventos de mantenimiento que comprende: evaluar un registro de datos de componentes operacionales, incluyendo dichos datos de componentes operacionales valores operaciones de un componente de vehículo de un vehículo, dichos valores operacionales representativos de un uso de ciclo de vida operacional de dicho componente de vehículo, dichos valores operaciones basados adicionalmente en un evento de componente medido, acceder a un registro de datos de evento de gestión, conteniendo dichos datos de evento de gestión un punto de datos de evento de componente de vehículo para dicho vehículo, incluyendo dicho punto de datos de evento de componente de vehículo una fecha y una indicación de evento de mantenimiento, asociar dicho registro de datos de componentes operacionales con dicho registro de datos de evento de gestión, filtrar dichos datos de componentes operacionales, incluyendo dicha filtración una media móvil de dichos datos de componentes operacionales, un límite de control superior de dichos datos de componentes operacionales, desviación típica más dos de dichos datos de componentes operacionales, desviación típica más uno de dichos datos de componentes operacionales, una media de dichos datos de componentes operacionales, desviación típica menos uno de dichos datos de componentes operacionales, desviación típica menos dos de dichos datos de componentes operacionales y un límite de control inferior de dichos datos de componentes operacionales, derivar de dichos datos de componentes operacionales al menos una señal representativa de uso operacional de dicho componente de vehículo para dicho evento de componente medido, comparar datos de componentes operacionales filtrados con dicha al menos una señal anterior a dicho punto de datos de evento de componente de vehículo identificando de esta manera indicadores asociados con dicha indicación de evento de mantenimiento.
Claims (11)
1. Un método para evaluar mantenimiento de componente de vehículo histórico e identificar indicadores predictivos de eventos de mantenimiento que comprende:
evaluar un registro de datos de componentes operacionales, incluyendo dichos datos de componentes operacionales valores operaciones de un componente de vehículo de un vehículo, dichos valores operacionales representativos de un uso de ciclo de vida operacional de dicho componente de vehículo, dichos valores operaciones basados adicionalmente en un evento de componente medido, acceder a un registro de datos de evento de gestión, conteniendo dichos datos de evento de gestión un punto de datos de evento de componente de vehículo para dicho vehículo, incluyendo dicho punto de datos de evento de componente de vehículo una fecha y una indicación de evento de mantenimiento, asociar dicho registro de datos de componentes operacionales con dicho registro de datos de evento de gestión,
filtrar dichos datos de componentes operacionales, incluyendo dicha filtración una media móvil de dichos datos de componentes operacionales, un límite de control superior de dichos datos de componentes operacionales, desviación típica más dos de dichos datos de componentes operacionales, desviación típica más uno de dichos datos de componentes operacionales, una media de dichos datos de componentes operacionales, desviación típica menos uno de dichos datos de componentes operacionales, desviación típica menos dos de dichos datos de componentes operacionales y un límite de control inferior de dichos datos de componentes operacionales, derivar de dichos datos de componentes operacionales al menos una señal representativa de uso operacional de dicho componente de vehículo para dicho evento de componente medido,
comparar datos de componentes operacionales filtrados con dicha al menos una señal anterior a dicho punto de datos de evento de componente de vehículo identificando de esta manera indicadores asociados con dicha indicación de evento de mantenimiento.
2. El método de la reivindicación 1, en el que dicha indicación de evento de mantenimiento es un fallo de componente y dicha comparación identifica indicadores de fallo, dichos indicadores de fallo incluyen al menos uno de los siguientes indicadores:
un primer indicador de fallo, teniendo dicho primer indicador de fallo una media móvil decreciente de dicha media de dichos datos de componentes operacionales a dicha desviación típica menos uno de dichos datos de componentes operacionales,
un segundo indicador de fallo, teniendo dicho segundo indicador de fallo primeras señales por encima y por debajo de dicha media móvil decreciente,
un tercer indicador de fallo, teniendo dicho tercer indicador de fallo segundas señales por debajo de dicho límite de control inferior de dichos datos de componentes operacionales.
3. El método de la reivindicación 2, en el que dichas primeras señales incluyen valores de señal "O".
4. El método de la reivindicación 2, en el que dichas primeras señales incluyen valores de señal "Y".
5. El método de la reivindicación 2, en el que dichas primeras señales incluyen valores de señal "B".
6. El método de la reivindicación 2, en el que dichas segundas señales incluyen valores de señal "R".
7. El método de la reivindicación 2, en el que dichas segundas señales son una pluralidad de segundas señales decrecientes en valor lejos de dicho límite de control inferior de dichos datos de componentes operacionales.
8. El método de la reivindicación 1, en el que dicha comparación de datos de componentes operacionales filtrados con dicha al menos una señal incluye publicar dicho punto de datos de evento de componente de vehículo y dicha indicación de evento de mantenimiento es una sustitución de componente y dicha sustitución de componente era prematura, dicha comparación identifica indicadores de sustitución de componente prematuros, dichos indicadores de sustitución de componente prematuros incluyen al menos uno de los siguientes indicadores:
un primer indicador, teniendo dicho primer indicador una media móvil relativamente constante entre dicha media y dicha desviación típica más uno antes de dicho punto de datos de componente de vehículo, teniendo dicho primer indicador una media móvil creciente en valor de dicha media a dicha desviación típica más uno seguido por una media móvil relativamente constante en dicha desviación típica más uno,
un segundo indicador, teniendo dicho segundo indicador señales por encima de dicho límite de control inferior, y un tercer indicador, teniendo dicho tercer indicador señales por encima de dicha media.
9. El método de la reivindicación 1, en el que dicha comparación de datos de componentes operacionales filtrados con dicha al menos una señal incluye publicar dicho punto de datos de evento de componente de vehículo y dicha
indicación de evento de mantenimiento es mantenimiento de componente y dicha comparación identifica indicadores de mantenimiento de componente, dichos indicadores de mantenimiento de componente incluyen al menos uno de los siguientes indicadores:
un primer indicador, teniendo dicho primer indicador una media móvil relativamente constante y desviación típica por encima de menos dos anterior a dicho punto de datos de componente de vehículo y una media móvil creciente en valor posterior a dicho punto de datos de componente de vehículo, y
un segundo indicador, teniendo dicho segundo indicador señales por encima de dicho límite de control inferior.
10. El método de la reivindicación 1, en el que dicha comparación de datos de componentes operacionales filtrados con dicha indicación de evento de mantenimiento es fallo de componente y dicha comparación identifica indicadores para una fecha incorrecta para dicha indicación de evento de mantenimiento, dichos indicadores incluyen al menos uno de los siguientes indicadores:
un primer indicador de fallo, dicho primer indicador de fallo donde dicha media móvil no es decreciente de dicha media de dichos datos de componentes operacionales a dicha desviación típica menos uno de dichos datos de componentes operacionales,
un segundo indicador de fallo, dicho segundo indicador de fallo donde dichas primeras señales no están por encima ni por debajo de una media móvil decreciente, y
un tercer indicador de fallo, dicho tercer indicador de fallo donde las segundas señales no están por debajo de dicho límite de control inferior de dichos datos de componentes operacionales.
11. Un sistema para evaluar mantenimiento de componente de vehículo histórico e identificar indicadores predictivos de eventos de mantenimiento que comprende:
un dispositivo de hardware de telemáticas que incluye un procesador, memoria, firmware y capacidad de comunicaciones,
un dispositivo remoto que incluye un software de memoria de procesador y capacidad de comunicaciones dicho dispositivo de hardware de telemáticas para monitorizar al menos un componente de vehículo de al menos un vehículo y registrar datos de componentes operacionales de dicho al menos un componente de vehículo, dicho dispositivo de hardware de telemáticas para comunicar un registro de datos de componentes operacionales a dicho dispositivo remoto, y
estando configurado dicho dispositivo remoto para realizar el método de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 10.
