Abstract
Objeto (1) transparente y calentable eléctricamente en una gran superficie, comprendiendo: a. al menos un substrato (2) transparente, aislante eléctricamente b. al menos un recubrimiento (3) transparente de gran superficie, de un material conductivo eléctricamente, que está conectado con dos barras colectoras (4.1 y 4.2) de la electricidad para la transmisión de potencia eléctrica, c. al menos una zona transparente (5), limitada localmente y libre del recubrimiento (3) transparente conductivo eléctricamente, y d. una banda (6) eléctricamente conductiva, aplicada sobre el recubrimiento (3), la cual rodea al menos parcialmente la periferia de la zona (5), al menos una, y presenta una resistencia eléctrica, en ohmios por cuadrado, que es menor que la resistencia eléctrica del recubrimiento (3), en ohmios por cuadrado. caracterizado por que la banda (6) conductiva eléctricamente presenta a menos una interrupción (6.1), y no estando conectada la mayor parte de la banda (6) conductiva eléctricamente con una de las bandas colectoras (4.1, 4.2).

A continuación, los objetos según la invención de las figuras 1 y 2 se denominan, por motivos de brevedad, como „objetos 1 y 2 según la invención“.
En caso de los substratos (2) de los objetos 1 y 2 según la invención, se trata de lunas de vidrio flotado de las dimensiones que se utilizan, a título de ejemplo, para parabrisas, ventanillas laterales y lunas traseras en la construcción de vehículos, así como en lunas pequeñas, medianas o de gran superficie en el sector del mueble, de los aparatos o de la construcción. La dimensiones pueden ser de varios centímetros cauadrados hasta varios metros cuadrados.
En los recubrimientos (3) de los objetos 1 y 2 según la invención, se trata respectivamente de un recubrimiento como el descrito en la traducción alemana de la patente europea EP 0 847 965 B1 con la referencia DE 697 31 2 168 T2, ejemplo 1, página 9, párrafo [0063], hasta página 11, párrafo [0080]. Esta capa contiene dos capas de plata como material (3.1) conductible eléctricamente.
En las capas (3) de los objetos 1 y 2 según la invención se encuentran las ventanas (5) de transmisión de datos.
Las ventanas (5) de transmisión de datos del objeto 1 según la invención están rodeadas por una banda (6) conductiva de la electricidad, la cual tiene un grosor de 40 µm, y está compuesta por una pasta impresa habitual de conductibilidad sobre base de plata. Su zona (6.2), que transcurre de forma paralela respecto a la barra colectora (4.1), tiene una anchura de 1 mm. Las dos zonas (6.3), a través de las cuales está conectada la zona (6.2) con la barra colectora (4.1), tienen una anchura de 250 µm, y presentan varias interrupciones (6.1).
Las ventanas (5) de transmisión de datos del del objeto 2 según la invención están rodeadas por dos bandas (6) conductivas de la electricidad, las dos con un grosor de 40µm, y que están compuesta por una pasta impresa habitual de conductibilidad sobre base de plata. Una de las bandas (6) conductivas de la electricidad está formada por dos bandas (6.3) conductivas de la electricidad y paralelas entre sí, las cuales están conectadas con la barra colectora (4.1). A estas dos bandas (6.3) se les ha asignado una banda (6) conductiva de la electricidad, la cual está formada por una zona (6.2), que transcurre de forma paralela respecto a la barra colectora (4.1), así como dos zonas
(6.4) que transcurren, paralelamante respecto a las zonas (6.4), desde la zona (6.2) en dirección a la barra colectora (4.1), pero que no están unidas con la misma. Como consecuencia de esta configuración, las interrupciones (6.1) se encuentran fundamentalmente entre las zonas (6.4) de la banda exterior (6) conductiva de la electricidad y las zonas
(6.3) de la banda interior (6) conductiva de la electricidad.
Los objetos 1 y 2 según la invención se unen respectivamente, de forma fijamente adherente, con una película adherente de polivinilbutirol PVB (no representada), y una luna de vidrio flotado (no representada), con la ayuda de un procedimiento de estratificación previa (procedimiento con rodillo de calandrar, procedimiento con saco de serpiente o procedimiento con saco elástico bajo vacío) y un tratamiento en autoclave, de forma que resulta una composición típica para una luna de cristal de seguridad estratificado »luna de vidrio flotado (1) / recubrimiento (3) con ventana (5) de transmisión de datos y banda (6) / película adherente / luna de vidrio flotado«.
Al aplicar una tensión eléctrica de 12v a 14v a las barras colectoras (4.1) y (4.2) de las luna de cristal de seguridad estratificado, circula una corriente a través de la zona (3), mediante lo cual la misma se calienta a 50ºC, sin que se formen puntos calientes o frios, o bien manchas de luz.

- Utilización del objeto transparente y calentable eléctricamente en una gran superficie según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 10 en medios de transporte para el tráfico en tierra, en el aire y en el agua, así como en muebles, aparatos, y en el sector de la construcción.

- Utilización según la reivindicación 13, actuando al menos una zona transparente (5), limitada localmente y libre del recubrimiento transparente conductivo eléctricamente, como ventana de transmisión de datos.
